Can I return the shoes to a Think! Store?
Unfortunately not. You will need to send them back to our head office.
Do you offer free returns and exchanges?
Yes, we do but only on regular priced items, this excludes all sales items. We will arrange a free return and exchange if we send you the wrong item.
Will the courier charges be refunded if the shoes don’t fit?
Sorry we unfortunately will have to charge you for the courier charges but we will cover the return courier charges for you, and we will refund you the price of the shoes.
How long will my order take to arrive?
It takes anything from 2-5 working days. Once your payment is confirmed the order will be processed. We’ll keep you updated, and will send status notifications as your orders gets confirmed, processed and dispatched.
Can I pay with my credit card on your website?
Sorry we only accept EFT payments.
Do you deliver outside of South Africa?
Only on specific request. Please contact us at email@example.com for further details. However, we cannot offer you a free return policy nor refund you should the shoes not fit.
